The McGrath Clan Gathering was recognized at a function in the Park Hotel, Dungarvan, when Cllr Damien Geoghegan, Mayor of Co Waterford presented a Framed Certificated, signed by Michael D Higgins, President of Ireland. This award was accepted by Dan McGrath and Martina McGrath on behalf of the McGrath Clan. During the course of the speeches, the McGrath Clan Gathering was one of three event held in 2013 that was given special praise.
